Part 1 - Work to a one rep max (1RM) shoulder press

 

Part 2 - 8 min AMRAP of:

4 HSPU's - if you cannot do handstands, sub shoulder press with 80% of 1RM

8 KB Swings (32/24kg)

12 GHD sit ups - if you haven't been doing regular GHD's scale to Abmat sit ups

 

Part 3 - Row 1.5k or Run .75 miles, every min complete 10 Burpees
