50 KB swings (16kg)

50 Walking Lunges

50 Push Press (45/35#)

50 Back Ext.

50 Wall balls (20/14#)

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

 

 

As always, a scaled down "dirty 30" version will be available and recommended for newer athletes.
