1 minute at each exercise, for max reps

Thrusters (65/45#)

Kettlebell Swing (24/16kg)

Jump & Touch (12" above standing reach)

1 arm DB Power Snatch, alternating arms (35/25#)

Burpees

Rest 1 minute. Repeat 3x

Score is the total number of reps completed in all 3 rounds.
