Did you know our very own Natalie got her first muscle up yesterday? Holy smokes!  Here's a video demonstration of what that may or may not have looked like if Natalie was a 6 year old boy and lived somewhere with roosters:

Nutrition Seminar Sat at 11am

For anyone that missed last week's session on eating for awesomeness and a run down on how this particular challenge is going to work, we're making a second session available. Also, if you have questions on your mind since the last discussion feel free to come to the seminar again and pick Jocelyn's brain.
