The 2012 Nutrition Challenge starts Jan 16. Here's a couple things to get us started...

 

1) Come to an information session Thurs Jan 5 at 6pm for all the details (sign in online - it's a free class)

 

2) Professional Photographer (and CrossFit BRIO Athlete!) Emma Love will be available Saturday Jan 8 from 1pm-3pm to take "before" pictures for anyone who is interested. Pics are NOT mandatory for this challenge, but higly recommended. She will, of course, be available again at the end of the challenge to take "after" photos of your rocking transformation.
