Nutrition Challenge Bonus: Watch this video and do the following MWODs

Two minuets opening up the hip and groin against the wall.
Two minutes each leg doing sweeping/roaming Pigeon Pose
Two minutes Foam Roller/keg drill with barbell if possible (roll up a towel or pillow and anchor your hands under the couch or door if you are at home)
Two minutes each side bully shoulder drill
