Early morning action in the Otani CrossFit garage. Toes through rings and parallette grip handstand pushups

 

"Ledesma"

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 Parallette Handstand Pushups

10 Toes through rings

15 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14)

 

 

Optional CrossFit Endurance

2 x 5 min sprints with 2 min rest

then 5 x 1 min sprints with 30 sec rests
