WOD

"Tabata Something Else"

The tabata interval is 20 seconds of max reps, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds for each of the following exercises:

1) Pullups

2) Pushups

3) Sit Ups

4) Air Squats

Score is the total number of reps complete in all 32 rounds.
