Strength: Bench Press 5-3-1+ at 75%, 85%, and 95% of 1RM

 

WOD:

Option 1

3 Rounds for time of:

3 Overhead Squats

25 Sit Ups

7 Front Squats

25 Sit Ups

10 Back Squats

25 Sit Ups

 

 

Beginner Option, or for those who can't overhead squat a heavy load

3 Rounds for time:

10 Air Squats

15 Sit Ups

10 Goblet Squats, with 1 dumbbell

15 Sit Ups

10 Squats with 2 dumbbells

15 Sit Ups

 

 

Optional CrossFit Endurance:

Run: 6 x 0.25 mile sprints

or 

Row: 6 x 500m sprints

rest 2 min between
