Santa's done his burpees, have you?
Happy non denominational winter holiday!!!!! Or christmas, X-mas, Hanukkah, and anything else you celebrate.
No classes today, but that doesn't mean it's a rest day. Where ever you are in the world, do this WOD to earn yourself the best rate of the year on our unlimited CrossFit membership. To "unlock" this deal, make sure you take a picture or video of your burpees in action and send it to info@crossfitbrio.com along with your time (whether it be 10 mins or 10 hours). In keeping with the spirit of togetherness, why not get the whole family to do it with you?
