For those of you that have shown interest we will be offering a "SEAL Fit Filthy 50" starting at 11:00 in lieu of the strength class. This will be 2 rounds of the filthy 50, back to back. If you want to get really crazy you can also add the following upgrades:
Pull ups instead of jumping pull ups
24/16kg KB swing
95/65# Pushpress
Anyone looking to stick with the original can sign in for the 9:00 or 12:00. This is a great WOD to really push your limits. See you all there!
