"The 12 Days of X-mas"
1 Dumbbell Turkish Get Up
2 Pull Ups
3 Burpees
4 Ab Mat Sit Ups
5 DB Squat Cleans
6 Push Ups, hands on dumbbells
7 Box Jumps
8 Air Squats
9 Toe to Bar
10 Walking Lunges, each leg
11 Dumbbell Thrusters
12 1-arm Dumbbell Power Snatches, each arm
The rep scheme for this WOD works like the song The 12 Days of X-mas. 1 Turkish Get Up, then 1 Turkish Get Up + 2 Pullups, then 1 Turkish Get Up + 2 Pullups + 3 burpees, etc. until you get all the way down to the 12 snatches.
