60 Burpees facing and jumping over the barbell

30 Overhead Squats (120/90#)

10 Muscle Ups

 

 

Optional CrossFit Endurance

All out sprints:

4min on, 3min off

2min on, 30sec off

1min on, 3min off

2min on, 30 sec off

4min on. Done!
