So it's the first Monday of the new year. Feeling like today signifies a fresh start?

 

Instead of making a bunch of ambiguous and non-specific new year's resolutions ("this year I'm going to get fit" or my favorite "tone up" what does that even mean???), why not make your goals specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, and timely... wait, that's the MBA speak coming out of me *shudder*. But seriously, make a list of specific things you're going to accomplish this year and leave it posted somewhere. Mark the date beside each one as you cross them off. Like a scavenger hunt of life.
