Jenny rocking her way through the christmas burpees with a little encouragment(?) from her dogs.

 

 

Now that Christmas is over it's back to it... with a real beast!

10 Handstand Push ups

15 Deadlift (250/165#)

25 Box jumps (30")

50 Pull ups

100 Wall-Balls (20/14#)

200 Double Unders

400m run or 500m row

 

 

 

Awesome Job to everyone who participated in the 150 christmas burpees!  Our next big challange will be a New Years Day "Girls Gone Wild." We will be posting details tomorrow.
