Sand Bag Farmers Carry (75/45#)

Alley Partner Sled Push/Pull (300/200#)

100 Burpees

 

While one team member does the row the other does as many farmer carries as possible, than they switch.  Afterwards they move on to a down and back sled Push/Pull and each member completes the required burpees.  Number of burpees is 100 minus 5 reps for each farmer carry.  (Number of burpees may also be scaled)
