Today we lift heavy things. Get your game face on!
"CrossFit Total"
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
You will have 3 attempts to successfully move the most weight you can in each lift. Rest as needed between attempts. Your score is the total of your maxes in all three.
