Strength: Deadlift 5-5-5 at 65%, 75%, 85% of 1RM+10lbs

 

WOD
5 rounds for time of:

5 Deadlifts (225/155#)

10 Burpees

 

Optional Endurance: 1 min on, 1 min off for 6 rounds. All out max effort. 

 

 

***Tomorrow is the first Saturday of the month, making it multiple WOD Saturday! There will be different workout at 9am and noon, so you can sign yourself in for either one, as per usual, or both if you're up for an extra challenge.***
